  • 1/2 cup pav bhaji masala

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

For Pav (Bread)

  • Pav (dinner rolls)
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions Of Pav Bhaji

  • In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil separates.
