How To Make Pakistani Chicken Biryani Recipe

Marinate the Chicken

Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces to this mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Cook the Rice
